Mark A. Boyle

Dr. Mark A. Boyle is the current Director of Choral and Vocal Activities and Assistant Professor of Music at Seton Hill University. Prior to this appointment, he served on the faculty of Millersville University, where he founded the Marauder Men’s Glee Club, conducted all the curricular choral ensembles, and taught voice and conducting. During his time at MU he planned recruiting tours with various ensembles, and organized a joint performance with the Bach Choir of Bethlehem ofElijah. While completing his DMA in Conducting at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Boyle served on the faculty, conducting the Rutgers University Choir, a historic ensemble.

Boyle has guest-conducted numerous choral festivals, most recently the 59th Annual Ocean Grove Choral Festival and Wisconsin Choral Directors Associate Middle Level All State Choir. He has conducted region choruses, district choruses, and county choruses, providing a wonderful environment in which to learn and make music.
